LIFE and ART are not that far apart, because all arts contribute “to the BIGGEST, MOST BEAUTIFUL and MOST DIFFICULT of all arts, the ART OF LIFE” (Friedrich Schiller). The art of life, understood as the art of LIVING CORRECTLY, HONESTLY AND HUMANLY, forms the foundation of our Integral School for the Art of Life. It offers a range of seminars and workshops that is unique in the world, supported and led by real EXPERTS.
INTEGRAL PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
„We are born as originals and die as copies.” - This sentence by a Scottish poet is the essence of our work with people. The question is whether you want to die as an original or a copy. If you want to LIVE AND WORK AS A ORIGINAL, you should start composing your original like more than 1,500 people from over 40 countries have already done. The MONESTARY SEMINAR offers the perfect introduction to our TRIOLOGY of integral personality development!
This seminar is about UNDERSTANDING and EXPERIENCING how I became the person I am, just the copy and what needs to be done to become the original again. The MOUNTAIN SEMINAR is about developing a MEANINGFUL VISION and recognising who I could be and want to be. The THEATRE SEMINAR I and II are about playing the stage of life as an original with all my POTENTIAL, TALENTS and SKILLS. Each seminar can be booked individually. Some people do all four seminars in a year, others do one seminar every few years. Everyone has their own pace.

INTEGRAL CONSTELLATION
Real DEVELOPMENT is only possible when the PAST is over. Most people still carry a BAG OF ISSUES that are themes of their family history. The result is ENTANGLEMENTS, which often make it difficult to get ahead and live a fulfilled life. With a constellation, these entanglements can be clarified, and burdensome and transferred PATTERNS and ISSUES can be solved.
Our approach includes a preliminary conversation, the constellation itself with one of the pioneers of constellation work and a follow-up conversation. The basis for this is formed by the four fields of the INTEGRAL APPROACH, which will make it easier for you to UNDERSTAND and IMPLEMENT your INSIGHTS in your life. (Seminar only in German!)

INTEGRAL
MASTERPIECES
MASTERPIECE is a term from craft trades and is used to designate something particularly successful. Since the Middle Ages, craftsmen had to successfully complete training. After that, under certain conditions, they could call themselves a master. In order to receive this title, the candidate had to produce a DEMANDING PIECE of craftsmanship under supervision as proof of their skill. All of our masterpieces are created and masterfully supported by real EXPERTS in their field (mountaineering, music, sculpture, language, etc.). They are different and very SPECIAL EXPERIENTIAL SPACES.

If you see WORKING WITH THE THREE BODIES as a set of PRINCIPLES OF LIFE, you can design your (daily) exercise program under our live guidance in a way that is right for you. These principles are pretty simple: Do at least one exercise for each of your three bodies - CAUSAL, ASTRAL and GROSS - and stay AWARE when working with all three bodies and incorporate them into every exercise you do. This may sound complicated at first, but with practice and our help, it will become second nature and your health will thank you very much. AFTER 90 DAYS YOU WILL BE A DIFFERENT PERSON!

Probably the most important reason to take advantage of coaching is a lack of clear FEEDBACK ABOUT OUR OWN BEHAVIOUR, which can result in an unrealistic self-image, strategic and professional orientation difficulties, blind spots and all the problems that build on them (such as no clear vision of the future, vague strategies, lifeless goals, management problems, career standstill, lack of motivation, conflicts, burnout, drop in performance and much more).
