For me, the meaning of life is the constant striving for development and knowledge. Through painting I reflect on processes, events and people I meet and express my perceptions. Art for me is a form of communication that is able to touch people deeply and promote awareness. Becoming more self-aware and stepping onto the playing field of life with your unique potential is what it means to truly live! It fills me with gratitude to be able to support people on their path to self-discovery.

Developing identity creating concepts is important to me as an passionate interior and graphic designer. Because just as people have their own individual personality, design and graphics need their own identity to be effective. Every project, every idea, every person is different and I want to do justice to this with creativity, sensitivity and enthusiasm.

“Every encounter is an experience. You just have to allow for chance.” This is how I interact with people both privately and in my work. Every person is unique - and often without realising it, we are in a constant process of further development: I try to see and understand people as they are, where they stand, and to support them in what they want to change in their lives and in themselves. In this collaborative work, I rely on the value-oriented and independent attitude that every person brings with them by nature. Becoming aware of this and sharpening  your senses is part of this collaborative process of development.

Words, language itself, encounters and dialogue form the sources of my work. A dialogue is always an encounter between people and between words: Words flow, it is an exploration and INVESTIGATION, a search and find, a becoming and being conscious, it is about permitting, connecting and understanding - this is how new things arise. That’s what’s exciting and fascinating for me, that’s what I draw from, what moves me, what drives me forward... that’s the basis of my ‘work’.

A nose for niches. A paradigm shifter. A bundle of energy. Bergfex & Barista with passion. - I’m all about change. Sometimes the small ones – and sometimes really big ones. Mostly about the inspiring aspects – without playing down the difficult ones. My ideal is working in connection with people and their dreams of a better future - every day with curiosity, openness, energy, courage and focus.  I teach, research and advise according to this ideal.

“You cannot change a person; You can teach him, you can prepare him, you can train him, but you can't change him.” (Gerald Hüther) I’m firmly convinced of that. But when a person feels the desire to change from within, you can create a context for them to encounter their own self and get to know other perspectives and patterns of action. For me, the incomparably valuable thing about my work is that people wake up again, become courageous again, see their strength again. I support people on this path with attentive devotion and loving intuition.

For several years now, my passion has not only been the high mountains throughout the world. Working with people also moves, touches and inspires immensely. Enthusiasm, devotion, gratitude, and the mindful, respectful and loving treatment of nature and all beings are the cornerstones of my life and work.

As a sculptor, I am moved by working with the third dimension, the architecture of the human figure in relation to space, abstraction, haptics, expression, eternity, aesthetics, the story, the beauty, the moment... My figures are stony moments - capturing movement in contrast to the stone.

I feel at home in nature as a space for adventure, experience and relaxation. It is an effective environment and it supports us in learning processes on all levels (cognitive, emotional and physical): It sharpens our view, our orientation and our instincts, helps us focus our perception on the essentials in order to be able to make decisions... it is an important part of my work, for me it is a valuable instrument of self-awareness and development.

ANDREA FIALKA

Listening to each other, inspiring each other and growing together are my ideals in life. We are allowed to recognise that EVERYTHING in life is connected and that the strength we need for all of life’s challenges lies within ourselves. Through my training, further education and my work as a sports teacher and relaxation trainer, among other things, I gathered a lot of experience on how we can help our body and mind activate this power. My support in the office and the associated experiences, inspiration and encounters with people are a wonderful enrichment for me.

JASMINE WAGNER

Ancient Greece was aware of the profoundly cathartic effect of art. Reawakening this awareness, creating deep spaces of knowledge through art and creativity, which make it possible to experience the deepest core of one’s being and a connection to oneself, means learning to understand a healing space of becoming whole that is available to everyone at any time. In this sense, I see myself in my work as an archaeologist of intuition, who uncovers intuition again through art and sometimes uses the means of archeology.

Alert mind - understanding heart: As part of these assessments, we immerse ourselves as a group in a deeply felt, physical, meaningful experience. Connected to the wisdom and power of “we” spaces, expanded perspectives for our existence open up, and constructive and healing steps are stimulated. Therein lies a creative potential that touches, fascinates and fills me with amazement over and over again.

I support leaders and their organisations on the way to becoming a meaningful, integral and perspective-giving organisation.  Kaizen - or “change” for the “better” - is the driving force of the collaborative work. My work is based on my many years of expertise as a senior manager and lean management expert in an industrial context.  Clarity in communication, fact-based action, openness to the power of the group - the first step in the further development of leadership and processes always starts with oneself. Experience is a source of information - the focus is on people in their process!
